Returns Policy

You can return a faulty item or item with incorrect size within 14 days of receiving your delivery, we must be notified within 14 days of you receiving the items that you are returning the item(s) and you then have 14 days to return them to us.

Any returned goods must be unused/unworn. They must include all tags/labels and be in the original packaging. The cost of returning unwanted items is at your expense.

The total amount refunded will be credited to your payment method that was used at the time of purchase (minus shipping and handling fees, minimum €15) or as store credit once the package arrives at our facility and the item(s) are inspected.

Items that are ineligible for a refund:
• Returned after 14 days from the day of receiving delivery.
• Condition of product is unsatisfactory to be resold (stains, pet hair, unpleasant scent, worn, washed)
• Items sold in Mystery Packs/Boxes or Clearance Section
• Items purchased on-site at a festival or event
Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be verified. You will receive an email confirmation once it has been approved and if a refund has been processed. 

We do recommend that you get proof of posting and tracking as until the parcel is received by us, the goods are your responsibility.

Guarantee

All our Products are covered under a one year guarantee, except for Equilibrium Massage products which are guaranteed for 2 years. The guarantee is valid with proof of purchase, either email, card receipt or shop receipt, from the date of purchase, providing the product is used and cared for in accordance with instructions. The guarantee is not transferable to another person.

If you find the product faulty during the guarantee period, we will be more than happy to arrange a refund or replacement, please contact us at sales@eliteequine.ie

The following are specifically excluded from the terms and condition of the guarantee:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, negligence or improper handling of the product or not used in accordance with instructions
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Any modification made by the purchaser to the product or any repairs other than by an authorised agent.
  • Damage resulting from incorrect maintenance according to the instructions of use (e.g. stored in damp/wet conditions, washed on too hot a wash).
  • The guarantee is only valid if the correct Equilibrium Multi Plug Charger and correct Equilibrium Battery are used, the mains charger attachment appropriate to the country of use must be used. The guarantee is invalid if used with an adapter.
  • Damage caused due to the use of the product on voltage other than that stamped on the product.

Refunds

Please allow up to 21 days for refunds to show up on your account. You will be refunded  by the same method of original payment. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of the refund and mailed to your billing address.

Please note:

Gift Cards and Online Gift Vouchers are exempt from the returns policy.

Xmas or Seasonal Purchases/Returns

Please be aware that any offers/sales leading up to a seasonal period will have an advertised cut-off date for a seasonal delivery. However, delivery schedules are outside of our control and whilst we will do our utmost to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot be held responsible for items not received on time, nor can we offer refunds for goods not received on time.  

Delivery Charges:

Any returned items, that were not received faulty, the wrong item or due to customer mistakenly ordering an incorrect size or item, and a refund is required, we will deduct the cost of the original shipping charge to you (whatever the rate is at that time), if a new item has to be sent out to you in exchange for the original item you received, you will be obliged to pay the shipping charge on this delivery, (whatever the rate is at that time, minimum €15).

The above policy does not affect your statutory rights.
